Black Sea Rose offers several payment methods to make ordering our Bulgarian beauty and wellness products convenient and secure.
The payment methods available for an individual order may depend on the customer’s delivery country, the order value and the selected delivery service. All payment options currently available to you will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
1. Currency
Product prices and order totals on BlackSeaRose.com are displayed in euros (€), unless another currency is clearly stated.
Before completing your order, you will be able to review:
- the price of each product;
- applicable taxes;
- shipping costs;
- any valid discount;
- possible payment-related charges, where applicable; and
- the final amount payable.
If your bank account, payment card or PayPal account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and additional conversion fees. These charges are determined by the relevant provider and are not controlled by Black Sea Rose.
2. Card Payments
Customers outside Bulgaria may pay for their orders using an accepted credit or debit card when card payment is available at checkout.
The accepted card types will be displayed beside the payment option or within the secure payment interface.
Card payments are processed through an authorised third-party payment provider. Your card details are entered through the provider’s secure payment environment. Black Sea Rose does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.
Your bank may require additional identity verification, such as 3D Secure confirmation through a banking application, one-time code or another authentication method.
An order is not considered successfully paid until the payment provider confirms the transaction.
3. PayPal
PayPal may be available for customers outside Bulgaria.
When you select PayPal during checkout, you may be redirected to PayPal’s secure website or payment interface to log in and authorise the transaction.
The payment is processed according to your agreement with PayPal. Black Sea Rose does not have access to your PayPal password or complete payment credentials.
Your order will be processed after PayPal confirms that the transaction has been completed successfully.
Any currency conversion, account restrictions or additional charges applied by PayPal are governed by PayPal’s own terms and policies.
4. Bank Transfer
Customers outside Bulgaria may also be offered the option to pay by bank transfer.
When bank transfer is selected, the payment instructions and necessary company banking details will be displayed during checkout, included in the order confirmation or sent separately to the email address provided with the order.
Please include your order number as the payment reference. This helps us identify the payment and connect it with the correct order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the full order amount reaches our account. Any bank fees, intermediary bank charges or currency-conversion costs applied by the customer’s bank are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders paid by bank transfer are processed after the payment has been received and identified in our bank account. Bank transfers may require several business days, particularly when sent from another country.
Please do not send a bank transfer before receiving an order number and the official payment instructions from Black Sea Rose.
5. Cash on Delivery in Bulgaria
Cash on delivery may be available only for orders delivered within Bulgaria.
When this payment method is available, it will appear as an option during checkout after a Bulgarian delivery address has been entered.
The amount due is paid to the courier when the parcel is delivered. Depending on the courier’s available services, payment may be accepted in cash, by card or through another method offered directly by the courier.
Customers should prepare the exact amount or follow the instructions provided by the delivery company.
A cash-on-delivery or courier service fee may apply. Any such fee will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.
Cash on delivery is not available for deliveries outside Bulgaria.
Black Sea Rose reserves the right to limit or refuse cash on delivery where previous parcels sent to the same customer have been repeatedly refused or left unclaimed.
6. Payment Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
The order confirmation summarises your purchase but does not always mean that payment has been completed or that the order has been accepted for dispatch.
For card and PayPal payments, processing begins after the payment provider confirms the transaction.
For bank transfers, processing begins after the payment reaches our bank account and is matched to the relevant order.
For cash-on-delivery orders, processing may begin after the order details and delivery information have been reviewed.
Please contact us if you do not receive an order confirmation. Before contacting us, check your spam or junk-email folder and confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
A card or PayPal payment may be declined for several reasons, including:
- insufficient funds;
- incorrect payment details;
- unsuccessful identity verification;
- limits imposed by the bank or payment provider;
- an expired or restricted card;
- a temporary technical problem; or
- a security check performed by the payment provider.
Black Sea Rose does not always receive detailed information explaining why a transaction was declined.
If your payment is unsuccessful, check the information entered and try again. You may also contact your bank or payment provider or select another available payment method.
Please do not repeatedly submit the same payment if your bank shows that the amount has already been reserved or charged. Contact us first so that we can check the order status.
8. Payment Security
We take reasonable measures to protect customer and order information. Our website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, and electronic payments are handled through specialised payment providers.
Customers should also take reasonable precautions when paying online:
- use a trusted device and secure internet connection;
- keep account passwords confidential;
- do not send card details by email or through the contact form;
- verify that you are using the official BlackSeaRose.com website; and
- contact us if you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to represent Black Sea Rose.
Black Sea Rose will never ask you to send a complete payment-card number, card security code or online-banking password by email.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
The time required for a refund to appear depends on the payment method, bank and payment provider. Once a refund has been initiated, additional processing time may be required before the amount becomes visible in the customer’s account.
For cash-on-delivery orders, we may request bank-account information to complete an approved refund. This information should only be provided through the communication method specified by our customer-support team.

10. Payment-Method Availability
The presence of a payment method on this page does not guarantee that it will be available for every order.
Payment availability may depend on:
- the delivery destination;
- the selected shipping service;
- the order value;
- the products included in the order;
- technical availability; and
- security or fraud-prevention checks.
Only the payment methods displayed during checkout are available for the specific order.
